It's a lot, right?
It's quite common for issues in one aspect of your life to affect others, leading to stress in your career, relationships, finances, and even your physical well-being.
I know exactly how you feel. I've been there. I was your classic A type personality: fast paced corporate career and a social life to match.

I was the strong one who had everything sorted.
Until my body started to tell me otherwise. I ignored all the signs until eventually, I couldn't get out of bed.
​
And that's when everything changed. I saw doctors but nobody could help.
It was terrifying and I had moments of not wanting to carry on.

But through sheer determination, I refused to accept my fate and was able to slowly put myself back together again.

During that time I learned what I needed to do in order to create a sustainable lifestyle prioritising fulfillment, balance and joy.​
I am the captain of my ship now!
I am making conscious choices instead of living a life that wasn't for me.

My journey (yes, I had to use the 'J' word!) has been so profoundly transformative that it ignited a passion within me to support others facing similar challenges. ​

Burnout usually comes about from repeating the same patterns of behaviour until eventually, the body turns around and says, 'no more'. So the first thing we need to do is examine how the burnout was caused. We do a deep dive into your life experiences, relationships and thought patterns. Then we design the life that not only helps you recover and prevents the burnout from returning. It will also make your heart sing and allow you to step out of the wings and shine!
This is where we work on removing all the roadblocks that stand in the way of a healthy, sustainable life. With my dedicated support and guidance, we're going to take those sabotaging behaviours and kick them into touch. You'll be able to shed all those aspects that dragged you down until you were broken and replace them with healthy habits, thought processes and practices that will cultivate resilience and allow your self esteem to soar. You will learn what real self care really is and discover your unique combination lock to step into a balanced, authentic and fulfilling life.
At this stage, you will now be getting in back touch with the real you. You have a firm foundation and are instilling those habits and ways of thinking that allow you to ride the wave rather than be sucked under. You've left that survival mindset behind and have now moved to one where you feel deserving of a life where you thrive. You are now able to make conscious choices of how you want it to look and who you want to be. This stage is about putting the passion and purpose back into your life and creating a vision that truly connects with who you've always been.
